Our most spacious apartment of 74m² and its private terrace in the interior courtyard. High ceilings, elegant with its old fireplace, Médicis offers a large, bright living room, which can be equipped with a large king size bed or two single beds. The living room will be reserved for you, including a sofa, armchairs and a table. You will also benefit from a separate kitchen area. From the small balcony adjoining the apartment, you will admire the crowded streets of the market and the old Church of Sarlat.

Among our apartments, Montaigne is the one that offers you the largest terrace, equipped with an outdoor table, chairs and deckchairs to enjoy as you should. of the sun of Sarlat. With a comfortable surface area of 48m², with its independent entrance on the ground floor, it can be rented as a suite for 2 people. A kitchen and living room area with stone walls will be offered to you, and a bedroom with a Queen size bed. 

The Montaigne terrace can be joined to that of La Boétie for your stays with family or friends. 

Apartment of 60m² on the first floor, arranged for 2 en suite, offering a bedroom with Queen size bed, and its famous covered terrace in stone, having been used for the filming of the film The Duellists (1977, Ridley Scott). You can relax on the long chairs in the shade, or enjoy a Cahors wine or Montazillac outside. Montesquieu also offers you a large living room with armchairs and a sofa, a desk, and an equipped kitchen to make your meals easier.

Located in our "cinema pavilion," our spacious Audrey Hepburn room (25m²) features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and a vanity with everything you need if you wish to enjoy a self-catering breakfast (fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery, and glasses).
